FEES

 No Bulk Billing. Medicare rebates available with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP which reduces the cost. 
 
  1. Initial Consultation: $170 (gap fee $87.70 with MH Care Plan)
  2. Standard Appointment: $170.00 (gap fee $87.70 with MHCP)
  3. Saturday Appointment: $200.00(gap fee $117.70 with MHCP)
  4. Professional Supervision: $150 + GST (60 Minutes)
  5. NDIS Fees - As per NDIS Price Guide
With a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP or Psychiatrist you are eligible for up to 10 sessions of psychological counselling in a calendar year. Psychological counselling assistance provided under the Medicare Better Access Program will enable you to receive a Medicare rebate of $82.30 per session. If you want to claim the Medicare rebate you must bring your MHCP and Medicare Card to your first counselling appointment.

 
Bulk billing is not available. The costs of running a private business are exorbitant and the provision of bulk billing would make the business unsustainable.
Yes. I am able to accept NDIS clients who are Plan or Self Managed. I can provide assistance under Therapeutic Supports: Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy (Social Worker).

The fee for NDIS clients is charged according to the NDIS Price Guide. Currently the fee is $193.99 per hour.
Private Health Counselling Insurance benefits are currently possible for Members of:

  1. Teachers Health 
  2. UniHealth 
  3. Nurses and Midwives Health  
Please contact your provider for details of entitlement. 

Additional Private Health Insurance Providers will become available in the near future.
The first session is to be paid in advance. Subsequent sessions are to be paid via my HICAPS machine or direct bank deposit. 

Online sessions are to be paid by direct bank deposit and payment must be made before another appointment can go ahead.  

Medicare rebates can be claimed directly via HICAPS on the day of the appointment or via MyGov following payment for online appointments. 


You don't like paying a cancellation fee and I don't like charging you one. However, your booked session has been put aside specifically for you and your needs and I will be there for you. Mutual respect is appreciated. 

If you can’t attend it would be helpful to know this as soon as possible so that other clients can be booked in to the session you no longer require. 

Cancellation of a session requires 48 hours notice prior to the booked appointment. If you do not provide at least 48 hours notice of a session cancellation you will be charged the full session fee.

If you forget or do not show up for the booked session you will be charged the full session fee as I am sitting in the office waiting for you.

No further appointment will be booked until the cancellation fee is paid.
